co-parent coaching + counselling.

Co-parenting isn’t for the faint of heart, and it can certainly come with its share of challenges.

Co-parent support can be approached in a variety of ways, either individually by one parent or collaboratively with both co-parents involved. Our dedicated practitioners bring a wealth of lived experience, combined with educational depth and extensive expertise in navigating the often challenging and complex dynamics of co-parenting relationships. We invite you to consider our sessions as an opportunity to explore various strategies that can help restore functionality, support feelings of security or safety, and reconnect with your authentic sense of self amidst the challenges you may facing.

It is important to note that none of our co-parenting coaching or counselling sessions are conducted with both co-parents present in the same room unless there is mutual consent for direct interaction. This means that there is no requirement for co-parents—regardless of whether they maintain a congenial relationship—to be physically in the same space if they prefer to process their thoughts and feelings separately, allowing professionals to serve as effective mediators between them.

how does it work?

  • We will complete an intake with each co-parent individually on their own as the first session.

Intakes typically cover what has happened in the past, what the current circumstances are, and what the hopes for the future may be.

Children cannot be on the premises when an intake takes places so please plan accordingly.

  • Before getting started, each co-parent will sign documents that provide expectations of everyone involved.

These documents are pretty simple in nature, and we’re happy to explain if you have questions.

Clients are always encouraged to see legal advice before signing documents as they feel necessary.

  • Payment must be made 24 hours prior to the service/support taking place.

The person paying for the service/support will receive an email with instructions on how to pay directly (online) prior to the service/support.

  • Your intake will have been your first session, and then following that we will collaborate with you to book your session(s), or you can book them directly through the website on your own.
