Get started.

Payment is due prior to the beginning of a session. We accept payment through our online booking system.
A credit card is required to be kept securely on file for any outstanding balances or missed appointments. Your credit card information is stored securely via Stripe.
Regular attendance is crucial for effective support. If there are more than two missed appointments, we will have a discussion to explore any barriers that you might be facing in accessing support consistently, and do our best to address them.
If 24 hours notice has not been provided for a missed appointment, the cancellation policy will apply.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, but it is expected that 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 24 hours notices allows us to offer the time slot to other clients in need.
Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full rate and not reimbursed. Cancellation due to illness, special circumstances or emergencies may considered for exemption but is not guarrenteed.
We do not offer direct billing, but we does provide an official electronic receipt.
You can discuss options to support possible reimbursement through extended benefits and/or legal aid.

With deep respect:

We honour and respect the Indigenous peoples who have cared for and nurtured this land for millennia, recognizing their deep and enduring connection to the land, waters, and all living beings. As we engage in the process of healing, we are profoundly grateful for the opportunity to learn from, grow alongside, and contribute to the collective wellness of this land and its people. In this space, we are committed to creating a trauma-informed and culturally respectful environment where all individuals—regardless of their background—are welcomed, heard, and supported in their unique personal journeys.

In line with our commitment to anti-oppressive practices, we are deeply dedicated to decolonizing our understanding, fostering greater awareness, and actively acknowledging the ongoing impacts of colonization. We recognize that the effects of colonization are far-reaching and continue to affect Indigenous communities in profound ways.

By engaging in this process, we aim to create a space of healing and growth that honors the resilience of Indigenous peoples, while also working to unlearn and challenge the systemic structures that perpetuate harm. This commitment is not just about awareness, but about taking intentional steps toward justice, respect, and reconciliation. It is through this process that we can contribute to a more inclusive, compassionate, and equitable future for all.
